About Turtle

A minimalist job tracking app born from the chaos of graduate job hunting

Our Story

It was 3 AM and we were still awake, a group of fresh graduates with a browser full of job portals, vague bookmarks, and forgotten logins. Our "job tracker" was a half-broken Google Sheet with missing dates, unclear company names, and the occasional "did I already apply?" note. We had no idea which roles we followed up on, what stage we were at, or if we were just ghosted again. The job search felt endless and scattered. We were applying non-stop, refreshing inboxes that never pinged back, and ignoring everything else. No workouts, no breaks, no structure, just applications and anxiety. We realized it wasn't just that the process was messy. It was that it made us feel even more lost. Disorganized tools made us more overwhelmed, not less. So we built Turtle, a minimalist job application tracker for people like us. Something simple, calm, and focused. A single space to stay organized, track progress, and feel a little more in control again.

Our Mission

Turtle isn't just another productivity app. It's a sanity-saver for job seekers who want to stay organized without losing their minds. We believe that tracking your job applications shouldn't feel like another full-time job. Our approach is simple: give you the tools you need to stay on top of your applications, set realistic goals, and maintain your mental health throughout the process. No overwhelming features, no unnecessary complexity—just clean, focused tracking that works. Because at the end of the day, landing your dream job should be about showcasing your talents, not about mastering yet another complicated system.
